Jeff Bussgang presented a Skillshare class entitled "Mastering the VC Game: How to Raise Your First Round of Capital" at the Harvard innovation lab on April 3, 2012. Jeff is a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at HBS and a General Partner at Flybridge Capital Partners. Students learned about the startup financing landscape, how to find investors, how to pitch them, how to understand term sheets, and other tips for raising a first round of financing. The seminar was intended to address questions like: You've been working on a big idea and need financing to get it going: but how do you go about raising your first round of funding? What's the difference between angel, seed, and VC investors? How do you go about valuing your company and deciding on equity?
In Part 2, Jeff gives advice on what entrepreneurs should and shouldn't do when pitching their ideas to VC's and what are the most commonly used levers that VC's have on price in a term-sheet.

By his early thirties, he had helped build two successful start-ups-one went public, the other was acquired. Now he draws on his...

GTA: San Andreas Stats Mastering School vol.1 – “Insane Stunt” Height If you jump off the track during the race you'll be spawned there again. Your drop will be ended and the game will count an “Insane Stunt” with large “Height” value. I've got the idea to make video series on stats mastering in GTA games. All methods work without cheats or hacks. I'm planning to make videos about GTA III, GTA: VC, GTA: SA, GTA IV, GTA IV: EFLC. I can't promise frequent uploads but I'll try not to make you wait too long. I hope you will enjoy.
